I've always avoided flu shots hearing that they make it worse, but i think it may affect differently for each person.

I only drank water over the weekend, sweat it out, and slept most of the time.  It seemed to do the trick...I feel much better. 😁 I appreciate your words of compassion and encouragement.

I've had my flu shot. Now we'll see if it did it's job since I read this without eye protection. :-)

Thank you Teri! I think the shot shortened my recovery time.  You really should invest in a flu guard for your device. 😂
