The poem itself is really good, but improved grammar would help people to enjoy it to it more and take you seriously. Here's a revised version so you can see what I mean:

You're beautiful!  
As I watch the curve of your dark, chocolate eyes,  
Hypnotized, I analyze why your face resembles mine.  
Don't want to wipe the tears from my eyes, let alone blink .  
I'm trying to capture this moment of you and I, finally, once again, being in sync.  
Someone please pinch me; I must be dreaming!
You look a lot more like him, I think.  
As your little hand makes its way to my face  
You rub my cheek...  
Son, please forgive the addict in me,   For I neglected you, physically & emotionally.

this was a sad yet happy memory of a  moment i had with my son before my addiction. he was about 10 months old i was crying because of his father. he made his way to me i sat him on my lap. and he just looked deep into my eyes and whipped my tears. i cried even harder. now that my son is away from me i wish i could get that day back.

Are you still addicted? If so, try using the hope of seeing your son as the motivation for kicking the habit. It's about what is more important to you at the end of the day. I wish you well & I wish you all the luck in the world regarding this matter. :-)
