How Does INDUCTIVE REASONING Explain Homosexuality

Homosexuality - where does it come from?
 Its a serious subject.
But very little real debate about the origin is going on about it, as far as i know.
As a Christian, i think we are supposed to be up on issues of the day, i believe, not living in a monastery, so to speak.

In particular i want to say that the teaching that people are "born that way" is worthy of opposition and ridicule.
I think i understand homosexuality and how it "works."
So i'd like to explain it to you, for you to comment on - if you would like.

One way to begin is to ask, Who is the first male that a male homosexual has sex with ? Himself, of course.
(Or, who is the first female that a lesbian has sex with? Herself, of course.)
So SAME sex begins with SELF sex, in my opinion.
In other words masturbation.
But not all masturbation leads to that destination, of course.
So we are talking about a particular type or kind of masturbation.
Namely the self-centered or self-absorbed kind.
For example if a teenager is doing it and looking at his body while doing it, he is self-absorbed.
Whereas, if he is looking at magazines with photos of girls in them, that would be the opposite of self-absorption.

My point here is that what a male is LOOKING AT while stimulating himself can be decisive, surprisingly decisive.
The idea is that the pleasure you give yourself serves as a lens thru which
you see yourself - your genitals, assuming you are focused on them.
Seeing your genitals thru this " lens" of pleasure makes them appear more attractive to you.
For St. Thomas Aquinas defined beauty this way: "that which gives you pleasure when you look upon it."
I am reversing what he said.
Instead of beauty giving us pleasure, we can say that pleasure can make something appear attractive, or seem beautiful.

In other words, while a male or female may not think their genitals
are beautiful, during masturbation that really does change - temporarily.
At or near the point of climax, what appeared ordinary or plain, may appear extraordinary, even perfect, - incomparable !!
This illusion is due to the pleasure being experienced, of course.

But a person's infatuation with their own genitals - how does that lead to
desire for the genitals of someone else (of the same sex) ??!!

People rationalize in themselves what they condemn in others.
They think their OWN excessive self-love is no big deal.
(Whereas other people's self-love is a serious character flaw.)
But they forget that the mind operates on INDUCTIVE REASONING to some extent.
Induction is where you go from the PARTICULAR to the GENERAL.
For example, you meet one Japanese person who is very impressive in some way, and you conclude, "the Japanese are good people."
You have met only the one but you have expanded it into the Japanese in general.
Ditto with sex organs that are copies of your own.
I mean, if you commit idolatry by excessive self-love, you may well discover
that the sex organs that are the same as yours are as attractive to you as you find your own.
 Because of inductive reasoning.
I mean the mind can think generically.
By thinking too highly of one penis (your own), you may unwittingly, unintentionally, inadvertently, find your attitude is the same toward other penises as well.
