Time passes

I wish you could love me again as it was before
Your morning song would wake me up as I would feel my soul soar
Your green eyes hid my secret garden where we did our love bore
Our hearts were entertwined even whilst I was beyond the distant shores
Your grace gave me peace in a lifetime of emotional wars.  
 
Love, the time we had haunts me everyday.
