Earth Trembles At Her Ragged Breath

Shallow air cuts through the stagnance.
Louder you moan,
Quivering in prepubescent lights
And ruffled sheets.
What are you doing there,
All by yourself?
Should I not be with you?
I am at your disposal and you
Choose to endeavor a lonely satisfaction.
Why am I hurt by this?
I watch through the window.
I suppose I wouldn't mind
Having been your fingers,
If such a case were true,
But alas,
I am a mere fly on the wall instead.
