Today,  
I nearly told You  
I wanted You.  
I wanted to be with You  
I wanted to grow anew  
I wanted to be only true  
I wanted. . .to wanting You.......................Whew!

Near a given days end----we could be----  
And O, how tempting;  
But, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!  
TSK, TSK, TSK,  
am I AFRAID TO RISK?  
  
You are not the first and it's not my first time,  
So why did You make me feel so frisky?  
I want to tell You,  
But I feel it's very risky (why?!)!  
  
I try to meet You when I can,  
Impromptu bumps in the night
