When hell breaks loose and you don't know what to do
Take a moment to center yourself and focus on you

Feel your emotions, whichever feeling it may be
And focus on everything you can hear, touch, and see

Stop worrying about the future and don't focus on the past
Live in the present because these feelings wont last
