LIFE is like a Near Death Experience

People who have had NDEs usually remark (that after their soul re-enters the body
 as the doctors revive the body),
that they are tempted to feel depressed.

I feel a little like that all the time.
I mean after seeing an uplifting video
or reading an interesting article or chapter,
its easy to feel "down" as you have to descend into the darkness of the drugery of everyday life.
Like right now, i have to go out and weatherize my dog's shelter -
 use duct tape to enclose it with plastc sheeting.
Entering the cold world outside my trailer - that corresponds to
 the spirit reluctantly entering the body (slightly) cold due to death.
But i know i'll feel bad if i put it off any longer.
