Skin to Skin - Let me in
Barely brushing over Your skin
I watch with fascination as
the small hairs on Your body
rise, rise up reaching trying
attempting to touch my hands
O sigh...I tried to allay You
set aside fear & self examinations
extinguish Your spectres of
haunting jealousies to a point
where I began to feel You
draining me
Does our intimate Friendship
require skin to skin in
order to achieve what is most
important to me!
You resist - frustratingly,
I FEEL IT...
and this saddens me a bit
For if You will not let me in
even a happenstance of us
will result in touch
but my small hairs will
not rise.

I was referred to researching the nomenclature: empath, back in 2012 by my Holistic Physician. I went in to find out why I keep crying for what I thought at the time was no reason. She found nothing and suggested I might be a male empath.
She gave me links and eventually i ended up on FB. Laugh if You will, but I found myself and some healing and direction not only for my heart but more importantly ------ for my spirit and my soul.

The only way I can feel less is to put my emotions to paper.
However, it's like an infinity loop, right?
I read TO FEEL MORE and then i have to write
