I call that the Post & Bolt. I find myself doing that from time to time. Gotta clear the headspace before you process further intake. I get it. I'm enjoying these DUP Confessionals.

Putting one's intimate confessions into the public domain of the internet can be daunting. And then there are the mixed (interpretations) responses which can leave psychic eddies in the emotions from touching on sensitive areas of the heart
