Tranquility

I'm taken, so taken  
aback, by your beauty  
displayed, out front  
and within  
 
that glow, that glorious glow
I see it in your eyes
pristine pools of blue
I'm swiming in there too
 
I touch your hand, a delicate hand
we walk a spell or two
inhaling all of life's grandeur
while still holding on to you
 
wave upon wave dances the shoreline
as the sun starts to settle it's rays
serenity lies down amongst us
enjoyed in this most tranquil of days
