The RAPTURE Will Be SMALLER Than People Think
The Rapture will be SMALLER than we think.
For it happens at the same time as the Russian Attack (Revelation 13.7).
And the Russian Attack won't kill Christians in South America, Africa, etc. But before i give you the number of Christians that will go up at the Rapture, let me explain why i insist that the Russian Attack and the RAPTURE occur TOGETHER.
That attack will fulfill Revelation 13.7:"the Beast will MAKE WAR on THE CHRISTIANS ("the saints")...and gain power over every nation" - the world !!
Now making war on the Christian nations (the USA in particular) implies that multi-millions, even scores of millions of Christians get killed.
Actually about 100 million.
And what happens when Christians die? Their souls are escorted into heaven by the angels(Matthew 24.22).
So this whole scene starts to sound a little like the RAPTURE - if you think about it.
If Russia bombs America and kills 150 million people, and 2/3 are Christians/Jews, that adds up to the 100 million figure.
Thats how i get 100 million for the size of the Rapture.
Revised number: we read that 3 nations ("3 horns") in Western Europe get bombed at the same time as we in the USA (Daniel 7.8).
Plus South Korea may get bombed by the north.
I throw in South Korea because it is an outstanding Christian nation to a great extent.
Adding Europe and South Korea to the 100 million would raise the total, lets say, to 150 million.
To be generous. 200 million would be the upper limit of the scope of the Rapture.
As you can see, it is much less than the full 2 billion Christians/Jews in the world today.
As for the Christians in graves rising, joining in the Rapture - no way !!!
"The dead in Christ rise first" (1Thessalonians 4.16-17) doesnt mean rising OUT OF GRAVES.
Rather it means AT DEATH.
Thus "first" here doesnt mean AT the Rapture but BEFORE it !!
Try to wrap your minds around THAT !!
"The dead in Christ" DO participate in the Rapture, but NOT as Rapturees !! Rather they = "those that sleep in Jesus"(verse 13 or 14).
They come "WITH HIM" as He descends at the Rapture, acting as the "gathering angels"(Matthew 24.30-31).
For everybody knows we "become EQUAL TO the angels" after we Christians die (Luke 20.35-37).
