Josh, do you by any chance... remember a substance called ''Essence'', back around the mid '80s?

Don't recall a substance called "Essence". (nothing to do with essential oils is it?). A Dutch pop-group, yes. A magazine, yes. I'm stuck.

Essence found me in Magnolia in, maybe 1984... I was told by those in the know... that it was made of essence of Sassafras, powderd and pressed into a tablet... that it turned out needed to be ground back into a powder and mixed with OJ... seems the tab was made with so much compression... that the bloody thing would pass right through  you with never a molecule lost to the journey... Ely
