China has a new train
That travels like a storm about to rain
Cutting trips by minutes and hours
All the power it devours

Building more tracks
As wildlife is on attack
It is nice to have speed
But is it really a need?

I'm sure this has a big price tag
Not that money will cause a lag
Going over 200 miles an hour
While destroying every snail and flower

Their air quality is all ready a debate
As technology and power will be their fate
The train does help travel
As road traffic is hard to unravel

They plan to expand
More stops by popular demand
Electricity is what it shall use
The key ingredient most abuse

I'm sure the ticket price is sky high
Most can't afford it, I wonder why?
Their population is a major equation
The biggest and most productive nation
