A Simple Kiss

Grant this heart a simple kiss
So I may press this longing
Deep into your soul

As I  Beseech your heart
To fall hither into the silence
Manifest in me
Your corset fears,
Left by yester-year flames,
To love the dark river quest
You search for through eyes and heart

I will
Claim all which batters
the lonely seasons you have endure
and melt them into quiet ecstasy
Seize the brutal storms
And darken the pale sun
Neath your whispers of my name trembling upon your lips

And I, by right of belonging,
Open you, slowly,
Spilling the fire of my breath
Over your snowflake skin
Kissing away all the traces of madness
left by the the empty rain you poured as tears
in those infinite hours of desperation
before now, before this moment, before I discovered you

I light your soft earth of body, delicately fierce,
To grant your heart the love you pulse,
freeing you, hot and dewy
beneath the circles of my tongue
lapping your resolve, and your quite solitude

You are mine now, and you throb my name
Oh how you throb and quiver
Moaning my name as your fingers press me firm against you

You open, slowly, all once closed,
Spilling them over me, enveloping me
With the scorching growls of your flesh

You release, trembling, drunk, wild eyed
Into the compulsion of me,
Whispering incoherent mumblings
Falling against me.

Addicted
Oh so addicted
To my simple kiss
