'tis the act of
birthing thought into word
chronicling the experience of cozmik texture
knitting precious folds of time
around pulsing quasars
in the midst of apocalyptic renderings
and a branded new genesis
art-iculating orgasmic salutations
streaming legions of devoted comets
into vaunted milky ways
as scripted in the constellations
infused with dark matter muse-ick
the superimposition of heaven's canvass
freckled with a multitude of stars
splaying creation's collage across the
expanse of so many light years
magnified through an obsidian lens
as the children of the atom look up in wonderment
peeking beyond the veiled perceptions
of a hazed wilderness into the event horizon
of the elements of life
awaiting submission to the Promise
dreamed downward from the
umbilical cord of an ever patient uni-verse
