i attach myself  
to the earth
along her curve
which my body moves
 
i enter her naked
as i taste the salt
of her wet ocean breath
 
she intoxicates me
with desire with her  
round sweet fruits
a beautiful wine
 
kissing me softly
with her whispers
from the wind
 
her love reflected
in the smallest of things
bathing in her beauty
washed in her springs  
 
mother earth,
she has me spinning
the gravity of her love
keeps me close to her
 
when my body wears out
she will cover me  
under a warm blanket of earth
loving me forever
 
sending my spirit
to be with her father
   who keeps me
until we can be together
   again
