I seem to remember reading that "knowledge of life is higher life and knowledge of the laws of happiness is higher than happiness". Kafka maybe, or was it Nietzsche

I think that w/ knowledge comes experience and w/ experience comes the end of innocence and w/ the end of innocence comes the end of paradise.
