Last Kiss Goodnight

Wandering desperately

blindly chasing a rhythmic

silence.

Roaming aimlessly

over a never ending

path of lose dirt and shit

Trying to find

anything

something

Staring at a woman

with her onyx eyes

looking...so alive

I plead for her

pray to her

ask her

lead me somewhere

anywhere

Just help me to the end.

To a place away from here

Stone hard pillow

thats cold against my face

with traces of blood

while my heart pounds

furiously demanding

Attention

Flashes of life

love, happiness

memories of times long past

when there was meaning,

purpose, not this

drug induced coma

forcibly trapping me

in this shell

of an existance

She reaches out to me

Helping me?

Pushing me?

I look deep within those onyx eyes

only to see the

wicked sick grin

Wandering through

the maze of

cockroach covered filth

Which I called life

maggots falling

off the remnants

of flesh

and blood

feasting upon the

famine of a

cancer riddled existance.

Which left me gasping for breath.

Carassel going around

and around

and around

With my

memories

offering the most cherished

Laughter

So beautiful.

Lightning charged

paddles grasp for

my soul

abused my life

and love,

aborted happiness

Only to find that in life

I drifted endlessly

And in death my journey

just continues

Born with nothing

dying with less

everything fading away

and still gasping

for a breath

for life

for a second chance
