The Devils fruit

In the beginning of creation man and woman were blind
not in sight but insight and comprehension  
given a since of freedom they frolicked amongst the garden    
with only directions of God and no sin  
who sent or welcomed the serpent  
but at this moment    
God seen this and knew it was urgent  
but he ignored and further more  
allowed the serpent to bait and lure  
his naïve creations    
who had never felt the burn of temptations before  
As he slithered that the fruit would make you wise    
would give you sight and insight and open your eyes  
and you'll see things for what they really are and you'll be surprised  
with a bite  they suddenly saw things different    
they didn't listen and for that they were dismissed and,  
but this is where the story gets perplexing to me  
and any small minded person of faith would have trouble conversing with me  
I believe the serpent only offered the blue or red pill  
remain in ignorant bliss or remove the illusion and see what is really real  
everything you see after you choose God allowed or made it    
but you couldn't notice it  
for instance  
a bite is needed for you realize you are standing before each other naked  
I like to think the serpent was Morpheus maybe ahead of his time  
and long before Jesus he gave sight to the blind    
I don't know or try to  to say I fully understand this  
and any God fearing devotee would say I am speaking blasphemous  
but did the devil make us naked or offer us a chance to notice it
