Plant Talk
The plant that grew behind the house
was tall and proud.
I called my friend Sativa.
She lived a good life in the warm Sonoran Sun.
Fall came and she was hung in
the living room to dry
She gave me a bud to put in my pipe
and after a puff or two she began to talk.
And this is what she said:
“There are plants that have a
similar nature to mankind and they are healing.
Then there are other plants that have an opposite nature to mankind and those are poison.
She also said that Marijuana is particularly similar to my own nature and that I should smoke it for the rest of my Life”.
Indeed I do!
