Physical or mental
Touch, cold, burning sensations that can be measured with out hesitation.
A heart beating, muscles moving in a forward motion.
Labored breathing from the sun heat of exhaustion.
Fever burning, the sweat is pouring, blood pulsating through my veins.
Pounding pavement, fueling to cast the wain. Wearily fainting my body is tanking, starting to feel the drain.
Resting, waiting to restart the game.
Motives are questioned what’s the intention to do so much of the same.
Willpower is rendered not by physique but in mental fortitude, emotional peaks.
When feelings run deep it surrenders me weak.
Mental confusion my mind is a delusion.
Grasping for reality I need some resolution.
Breathe is heavy filled with anxiety,
Unable to control my social society
Head throbbing anything but gentle,
There’s no dividing the physical from mental.
