Crumbling the paper
Throwing it to the floor
I cannot stand this madness
These dreams are haunting me
Even in my waking hour
They take me over
Pen to paper
Trying to write
But all that appears
Is the monster I fear
Yellow eyes
Purple skin
Long pointy tail
His teeth always bared
Claws always showing
Growls always going
My hand will only draw him
You see, he has taken over me
He's out of my mind running free
He's going to destroy me
He knows without my writing
I cannot be me
Writing is my way out
of my pain
of my misery
How dare he take this from me
Throwing it to the floor
I cannot stand this madness
These dreams are haunting me
Even in my waking hour
They take me over
Pen to paper
Trying to write
But all that appears
Is the monster I fear
Yellow eyes
Purple skin
Long pointy tail
His teeth always bared
Claws always showing
Growls always going
My hand will only draw him
You see, he has taken over me
He's out of my mind running free
He's going to destroy me
He knows without my writing
I cannot be me
Writing is my way out
of my pain
of my misery
How dare he take this from me
