The Suicide Forest
I’ve decided to end it
In the sea of trees
With a noose tied firmly around my neck
My corpse, softly swaying in the breeze
These terrible thoughts haunt me
Day and night, there’s no respite
So now I stand staring up
At a hemlock fir in awe of it’s height
Around me the souls of the deceased
Interwind between the trees
You can feel them pass by
As a gentle light breeze
This serene scene makes this
The perfect place to die
Mother Nature will be cradling me
Holding me while I cry
My body will hang with the rest
In the eerie graveyard scattered with trees
When my corpse turns black and blue
Sweet Mother Nature will kiss my lips with her breeze
I’ll place my note at the base of the tree
This note is my goodbye
Because today is the day
I will die
In the sea of trees
With a noose tied firmly around my neck
My corpse, softly swaying in the breeze
These terrible thoughts haunt me
Day and night, there’s no respite
So now I stand staring up
At a hemlock fir in awe of it’s height
Around me the souls of the deceased
Interwind between the trees
You can feel them pass by
As a gentle light breeze
This serene scene makes this
The perfect place to die
Mother Nature will be cradling me
Holding me while I cry
My body will hang with the rest
In the eerie graveyard scattered with trees
When my corpse turns black and blue
Sweet Mother Nature will kiss my lips with her breeze
I’ll place my note at the base of the tree
This note is my goodbye
Because today is the day
I will die
