SENTIENT SENTINELS
(PLAUSIBLE PARANOIA)
They see within and stalk outside
There's never any place to hide
The robots recognize our faces
each stored in massive databases
The delivery guys are spies in disguise
and the squirrels have cameras set in their eyes
just as each and every sparrow and each single staring dove
They have satellites circling around up above
They've bugged all your telephones and even your homes
All the roaches are rigged up with tiny microphones
You're never alone with the guilt of your vices
They have hovering drones with built-in cloaking devices
You might think I'm just paranoid, or maybe you just don't see
maybe you never knew that all of this is true
and if you're wondering what I'm thinking that they'd ever want from me
well, it's the exact same thing they want from you
