shape of private attempt

An attempt to form an organ first it starts with the lower stomach  
it goes down to narrow down to a tempting shape I write  
narrower and narrower into a secret triangular form  
from wide to narrow it goes making me swallow a  
hunger I can't imagine that can be quenched-  
will this come to form its single purpose  
of geometry can I use with alphabets
