run ~~run ~~run ~~run
hearts sing as echoes beat
down the moments of forbearance
inadequate in eyes of you
silence roams the painted night
red erupting the blue
visions dripping through
who (k)new/used
as empty bottles spin
wiping out the scars
until the unconscious awakes
lessons in what is fake
layers peel
the pain revealed

The struggle between what we perceive as reality and others that conflict our own is such a difficult subject . I've always had issues distinguishing my own . Love the way you depicted your thoughts here .
