blow me away oh wind
blow me away oh wind
like dust of desert sands
over parched rivers and
the famine stricken lands
blow me away oh wind
with the darkest grey clouds
let thunder and its spark
make me a carbon shroud
blow me away oh wind
across these jagged cliffs
let razor sharp ledges
accentuate my drift
blow me away oh wind
blow me out to the sea
way o'er the horizon
leavin' it behind me
blow me away oh wind
to a place that's my home
for i can move no more
exhausted from the roams
blow me away oh wind
take me down to her gate
lest i'm stuck forever
and death becomes my fate
take me there oh wind for
at least a single glance
grateful will be my soul
you giving me that chance
blow me away oh wind
take me down to her place
peace then will be my heart
seeing her face to face
blow me away oh wind...
like dust of desert sands
over parched rivers and
the famine stricken lands
blow me away oh wind
with the darkest grey clouds
let thunder and its spark
make me a carbon shroud
blow me away oh wind
across these jagged cliffs
let razor sharp ledges
accentuate my drift
blow me away oh wind
blow me out to the sea
way o'er the horizon
leavin' it behind me
blow me away oh wind
to a place that's my home
for i can move no more
exhausted from the roams
blow me away oh wind
take me down to her gate
lest i'm stuck forever
and death becomes my fate
take me there oh wind for
at least a single glance
grateful will be my soul
you giving me that chance
blow me away oh wind
take me down to her place
peace then will be my heart
seeing her face to face
blow me away oh wind...
