Minding
My soundness has been dripping away
Staining my cloths with thick globs
I only notice the next day
Though
I had thought that that was all a dream.
Perception is drowned in a haze
Of innumerable disguise
Am I certifiably crazy
Or just a little insane
Whenever I ask god
I receive the same old lies
I might as well kick back
Laugh at the jokes
Told by cloudless purple skies
Staining my cloths with thick globs
I only notice the next day
Though
I had thought that that was all a dream.
Perception is drowned in a haze
Of innumerable disguise
Am I certifiably crazy
Or just a little insane
Whenever I ask god
I receive the same old lies
I might as well kick back
Laugh at the jokes
Told by cloudless purple skies
