Life Questions
Is there somewhere yet to fly to in this world
beyond the pain and depression?
Do like minded people reside there, ready to provide
absolution, forgiveness and redemption?
Can I walk around there without my armor?
Can I not second-guess other's intentions?
I seek these fair fields nightly in my dreams
Is it within our self-therapies
to leave some things unexplored?
Do all of our secrets need to be pulled,
kicking and screaming, out of the dark for examination?
Does freeing all thoughts from our minds
give us final control over them?
Even if so, at what cost is full disclosure?

I'm not sure I believe in full disclosure. There are so many things we don't even know about ourselves. How can we fully share them with others? We live. We learn. We hurt. We heal. And we do it over and over and over. Until we no longer breathe. But if you don't mind the damage in my armor, I'll walk beside yours

Actually light by a fire from a fireplace or candle light? The 2 are very different yet in my thoughts they serve the same purpose....<3 ( please excuse the edits, I have had a wee bit of the Irish cheer a week or so too late )
