Ariel speaks
Queen of the wailing wind, fairy child of the forest,
we hear your whispered tears.
I know tulips and lilacs will never cover the walls,
I know my favorite daylily will never bloom.
(I take one step forward)
I dream, a sleepy dream, where children go to play
with Oberon and Titania.
Where, where, fairy children with crayon wings color
flowers every morning.
(I collapse)
My soul aches for the moon, her walls sway every night;
her heart merely a dream on fairy dust and ashes to ashes.
we hear your whispered tears.
My soul aches for the moon, her walls sway every night;
her heart merely a dream on fairy dust and ashes to ashes.
