velvet underground has had lights
shining upon it by those seeking
for its understanding but these
inked words don't speak in broad
daylight nevertheless the ruby may
be seen unexpectedly in locales
where it will be found by those who
know how to solve its riddles
be not saddened by the rarity of
conveyance of verse for the imprints
of a velvet's trail can be followed
by those who know where to look and
the underground will still be
partaken off albeit more unseen
