red and blue
there between the rays of red and blue
superficial spite and frightening obsession
you lead me to dance
with your hand on my shoulder
and as the lights spin and thrust
night turns to dawn, morning to dusk
we are still dancing there in my mind
between the rumbling bass and soaring strings
you sing a song so hauntingly alluring
with the melody all off tune
just like the exciting friction between red and blue
howling at the moonless sky
then silently staring at the full moon
distracted by your scent ringing in my ears
In between the roaring drums and chilling horns
you speak stories with your eyes
while your hungry lips are shut, trembling
electrifying my spin with every stare
as if the aurora has found its home there
not much longer i can hold the desire
to let the red blood flow into the blue saphires
as we are dancing
two black holes colliding
the pull flares up and screams
i look into your eyes and see
red and blue sparkling
and so i dare
superficial spite and frightening obsession
you lead me to dance
with your hand on my shoulder
and as the lights spin and thrust
night turns to dawn, morning to dusk
we are still dancing there in my mind
between the rumbling bass and soaring strings
you sing a song so hauntingly alluring
with the melody all off tune

electrifying my spin with every stare
as if the aurora has found its home there
not much longer i can hold the desire
to let the red blood flow into the blue saphires
as we are dancing
two black holes colliding
the pull flares up and screams
i look into your eyes and see
