Ashes of an Ancient Battle Part 3

The mournful tune cries out to me.
It beckons my soul into a trance.
I follow without knowing where it'll end.
It seems as though I'm in a dream;
Floating above the whispers of other mortals.
Finally I come to a halt in front of a great war.
Why am I here at this unyielding scene?
These creatures fighting for something unknown to me.
A hand reaches out from the depths of time;
It gently transfers all I need to know.
I determine who will win this ancient war.
The vampires or the lycans but who do I choose.
Centuries formed around blood lust.
Decades of ashes tell me of the lost and found.
The nosferatu won the battle,
But the real question is who will win the war...
Only I can decide the future,
Or let mortals be destroyed in time.
But I myself am only human.
