Old poem re written - Bleeding for my sympathy

I’m a fool although I was never really a fool for you.
Yeah sure, you lead me on.
I lead you on, I hurt you so bad.
Yeah you hurt me deep.
You sliced away at my heart so easily,
Do you do this often?
I want to know a secret.
How do you sleep at night knowing you’ve broken someone?
And they can’t eat
And they can’t sleep.
How do you smile knowing, you used me.
While I’m sitting here asking myself,
Where is the girl I adored?
The girl who promised me I was nothing but perfect.
Where’s the girl who swore she only loved me.
Only me, I’ve heard that a fair few times now.
I've used it a few times to,
I must admit, I lied.
You tell me I’m harsh with my words,
You’re savage with yours.
You torn my heart apart but it’s still beating,
Beating for revenge.
Your wrists are bleeding,
Bleeding for my sympathy.
This is awful.
See we both keep doing this to each other, trying to win.
When we know we've already lost…
