And so many others assuming different societal roles!... I don't know whether you intended it as such, but I read your poem as a condemnation statement of the state of the art.  As if you were saying, 'so many poets, so few poems'... Very powerful and alarming and, yet, very refreshing!

Thank you so much for spending so much time on reading and thinking and commenting on my poem. I'm afraid it is far less deep than you may think. I only had in mind to give the reader an understanding of dysfunctional family matters. Hope you're not too disappointed :-).

In few precious words you sum up so well common family dynamics. How forunate one is to find true love and geuine intimacy in life...a treasure not affirded so many in this lonely workd.
