note: it's "ironic" because if he was running the opposite direction, there was a river he didn't know about....
note2: to all you who think i just wrote a bunch of random "a" (& spoiler alert) it's actually derived from "Guardian of Despair" ie: it's not just a bunch of random "a". It actually obeys by some rules & fits into the Grey World well - both symbolicly and litterally, it's (major spoiler alert) what i would call "treat for invested reader" like the blank downfall part in "Book of Pain /and YOU of Course!^^/ where number of "blanks" matches letters in the Adams part in the same poem which reveals that the "Blank" (aka "(_)", serving narrator purpose) is actually Adam, father the books main villain "Annie".
