Dear lord

Dear lord.  
 
Dear lord please excuse me for I have sin,but it’s been awhile,  
Waking up at night without a sight, hoping and praying for my life,  
Praying for my wife, and our son.  
Dear lord bless me with this life,  
Dear lord forgive me  for I have sin,  
I know I was a mess but I was lost and confused, trapped in this life without a clue,  
Dear lord I wanted to say thanks for letting me live this far in life, also lord I wanted to say thanks because if it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t be here.  
Dear lord I pray over my family and friends,  
Dear lord I pray you guide me in the right path, show me what way you need me to go.  
Dear lord I come to you as your son, to take my body, and show me the way.  
Dear lord I come to you tonight to ask for forgiveness.
