I'm really pleased at your reaction. The lines were little fragments from a larger thing that fell away. Pieced them together til they clicked. Till they found their place. That's often how it is with me. Thanks for your words Ahavati :)

I normally shy from graveyards, too many lost opportunities buried there.
But, this is so haunting, I must stay and contemplate.

'Too many lost opportunities buried there' That's lovely. Well I'm grateful that you braved this particular graveyard. I'll probably go back again. Yes 'foller' was meant. It's how I say follow. I think I like the sound of it. And the look of it?
