i was just sitting down today having a conversation with me
not to be confused with we
because i know im only one person
however im often left with nobody but myself
crazy stuff i say isnt for nobody else
except for when i log onto this site and it says whats on your mind
translation...submit poem

oh well thats the joy of expressing anger to total strangers
but anyway yeah
i talked to me about these adversities
that i already could foresee
and although i had the perfect coping mechanism
i chose the lazy route and used the hoping mechanism
just hope the criteria away and pray for a day
when me and some editor end up in the same bar one day
and i drop a piece of paper and he picks it up and reads it
and its so profound that he tells me he needs it
he flies me to new york on a dream and he sees it
but i have to remind me that it doesnt happen like that
too much imagination and deviation from fact
i use poor grammar and have a peculiar writing style
i write maybe 6 pages and then dont write for awhile
deep talent that sits right on the surface making me nervous
i look up ways to try and curve this
i wanna be at the readers service
but im no servant
for something i was born with how could you require a permit
somebody like me doesn't even deserve this
but a willing giving in to inertia i guess i earned it
no eye contact leaves thoughts of discernment
warm thoughts go cold when you're nobody to concern with
but yeah i was talking to me
and i told myself that possibly
if i had thought it out more thoughtfully
all good things that were a thought for me
could have came to pass years ago arguably
writing aint drawing but its art to me
so why would they put the grammar narcs on me
tap my wrists and put sparks on me
hell....atleast let me write my own parts on me
