I gladly took my happy pill
They said it would my sadness kill
But it didn't work
And I went berzerk

happy pills are for quacks any way
I'm sure what you really need is a decent vacation and some time with people that make you happy. Maybe even somewhere sunny.
The people that push happy pills on youth are nuts in my opinion.
My best advice would be trying to find an alternative method of handling your emotions. Maybe by incorporating something more physical to your regular routine to help at structure and flow and relieve stress (like yoga or tai chi or even just taking some good music and going for a walk) but I wouldn't advise happy pills...
any way sorry. What I mean is your fine. your more then likely not a nut and most emotional imbalance can be stunted if not completely cured. You just need to make a conscious effort to combat it.

I know there are bazillions of opinions on medication, and everyone responds to them differently. Sometimes they can help people a lot, but they definitely don't fix everything...
And you're right that I need to incorporate more healthy stress relievers into my life - something I'm always trying to work on, but only sometimes succeeding. I'll keep it in mind though.
