How to Judge When The Rapture is "Due"

The New Testament was written in Greek.    
And in Greek there are 2 words for time.    
Chronos: time measured in months and years.    
Kairos: time measured in stages of development.    
For example, say a 15 year old boy graduates from college (due to his being a prodigy.)    
You can view him two different ways:  
as a 15 year old, or as a college grad.    
The second way means you are seeing him via kairos rather than chronos.    
Anyway, lets judge the time of the    
RAPTURE not via chronos but via KAIROS,    
for a change !!    
I mean, instead of asking when it will come,    
we can ask, What are the developments that are supposed to accompany the Rapture?  
The point is that we can judge by the state of those developments just how close the Rapture is.  
For example, "apostacy" is supposed to occur right before the Rapture (2nd Thessalonians 2.3).  
Well, going by that criterion, boy, that much has certainly come true.  
Going by that general apostacy in Western Europe (and America),  
we can assert that the Rapture can't -- CAN NOT -- be very far away.  
 
But there are a few other developments that are going to accompany the Rapture that really narrow things down even more.
For example, we read that people will be saying "peace and safety" right before the "sudden destruction" comes(1st Thessalonians 4.16-5.3).  
And the Rapture occurs at the very SAME TIME as this "sudden destruction" which I will explain later.  
For now, let me first deal with the other thing.  
Namely, the talk of "peace and safety,"  
the talk that peace and safety have come.  
Society in general will believe that "peace and safety" have come.(A particular "peace and safety," I'll explain later.)  
This is a precondition for the Rapture, based on 1 Thess. 5.3.  
But this statement (that peace and safety have come) is a lie, why?  
Because immediately thereafter what transpires??    
"Sudden destruction" comes upon them,  
the opposite of peace and safety(1st Thess. 5.3).  
Based on 1st Thess 5.3,  
we can determine what the other Rapture passage is referring to -    
when it speaks of a "lie," the big lie that people, society in general, will believe(2 Thess. 2.9-11).  
The big lie here is that peace and safety have come (borrowing from 1st Thess.5.3).  
How do we know that this part of 1st Thess. 5.3 fits here?    
Because the "perishing" that follows the believing of the lie (2nd Thess. 2.9) matches what happens after the people say "peace and safety".  
Namely the "sudden destruction"(1 Thess 5.3).  
For both 1st Thess 4.17-5.3 and 2 Thess. 2.3-9 are Rapture passages.  
   
What is this "lie" that causes people to "perish" at the time of the "Sudden Destruction" ??  
Well, the Sudden Destruction is the Russian nuclear attack upon America.  
(I'll give the evidence later.)  
This enables us to grasp just what the big    
lie is.  
It is the claim by the Kremlin that the Cold War is over, peace has come.  
Russia has gone democratic and so the danger of Russian attack has gone away !!!  
   
But how does all that enable us to estimate when the Rapture is coming ??  
Well, if we Americans believe (stupidly) that Russia has changed from Stalinist regime to semi-democracy, we are likely to do what??  
DISARM, OF COURSE.    
And that is just what we've been doing for about 27 years, ever since Gorbachev turned on his considerable charm.  
Where are we on the road to disarmament,    
(the amount of disarmament that Russia is looking for) ??  
America has actually disarmed enuff.  
We have gone below a decisive threshold!!  
This tells us that the duo of Rapture-and-Russian-attack are at hand.  
 
At the beginning of the Disarmament process at the start of the 1990s,
we could safely say the Rapture is far away.
America's arsenal was so big and powerful that Russia  couldn't hit us without getting hit back.
But now that our arsenal has shrunk so much, Russia can actually shoot down our retaliatory  strike because it will be so puny.
We must expect Russian Attack soon, this year.
Which means the Rapture is at hand - this year.
But if you live in small town America you won't be going up at the Rapture.
For the Rapture will apply only to those Christians/Jews that are in the zones where the Sudden Destruction occurs.
The big cities will get hit, not the small towns.
Nonbelievers living in the big cities will depart along with believers.
But they will be "severed from among the just"(Matthew 13.47-49).
