From Sea To Shinning Sea

Remembering
it’s what we can do best
those of us who live free
amongst the trees of life
because of men and women
who were willing to give their life
to protect the freedom we honor
here in our own lives

Remembering
the years gone by
from sea to shinning sea
the brave men and women
who never forgot thee


Remembering
all Their suffering
as they crossed the dunes and sand
and all the men who went to war
upon our own lands
they took their lives and gave them
to the Almighty up above
just because they wanted to make sure
we would never suffer
like others do in our world

Remembering
that we are Americans
and we pay a price every day
to be able to go out to eat
with our families and celebrate
our Memorial Day

But what is Memorial Day
without the Brave Men and Women who fight
we wouldn’t have roofs to cover ourselves
nor clothes on our backs, that’s right

Remembering
is so important
never let the candle flicker
never should we snicker
at a man or woman in uniform
with no leg, no arm or face
for those are the brave soldiers
who went to war to keep us safe

Remembering
WE ARE AMERICANS
PROUD IN EVERY WAY
because of each and every Soldier
who stands in harms way!

We SALUTE you by
putting our hands over our hearts
and singing words of praise
for your constant protection
of each and every one of us today

REMEMBERING AMERICA

for it is our DUTY

God Bless Our Soldiers
May the Good Lord keep them safe
and bring them home to their loved ones
so They may celebrate
