I watch the lime green leaves unfold
In the golden light from through the window.
With shades of gray and rusty brown
Painting the scene in the background.
Twisted branches in the breeze
Shake winds whispers into dance and tease
While the blue sky hides behind a sway of trees
In a calming reminder to stop and breathe
