Coping

When I'm upset and angry, I lash out
When I'm crying, things aren't very pretty
When my mind isn't at ease, control is out
things do and can get pretty scary

Family cannot do anything to help stop
All, have feelings, some are stronger than you
Death, there is only one permanent stop
Have to stay strong, don't let them see the real you

At the end of the day, I've got to stay,
Invincible, not get put down by small things in life
Ignore everyone through out the long day
Same with my dad, widow now, is his life

But constant, now, that is hard to cope with
All the time is this it, will I live?
