You'd be amazed how the same inspiration can create differing landscapes. And this articulation of frustration was brilliant.

I absolutely love writing. Sometimes it just feels like I  get stuck in one place and repeat myself. This was the result. You made an excellent point about creating differing landscapes. I had never considered looking at it from that perspective. Thank you for pointing that out.

I've found that when I'm stuck on a particular inspiration it's because I need to work through something with it. I just let it sing every verse and see where it goes. Eventually it's at peace and I can move on.

'This isn't fucking Disneyland' I adore that line, and I adore the entire piece. The question of what we can say that hasn't already been said is one I seek an answer to daily. It gnaws away at me all the time. At this stage after asking myself that question for years, I am beginning to perhaps surrender to the idea of the question never truly having a particular answer. Life and experience are individual, so there is something, somewhere I'm sure, that you can say that will be new to ears and eyes alike. I really enjoyed this. Added to my Reading List as it's one of the most powerful things I think i've ever read on here. Phenomenal work.
