The Repairman
He has his eyes on Laura
She mans the cell phone booth
To get with her would be euphoria
If only he were so smooth.
He tries hard to meet women
But they reject his advance
Never even give him a chance
Now he goes home alone again.
The barista who serves him coffee
A looker, and likely a rake
She knows that he is lonely
Yet she never gives him a break.
....
And in private they laugh at him
Don't think that he's in pain
While they all swing, and drink their gin
He's home alone again.
The older women there
Try to give him advice
That they don't mean
Just to get him out of their hair
With him not to be seen.
He tries hard to meet women
But they reject his advance
Never even give him a chance
Now he goes home alone again.
He tries hard to meet women
But they reject his advance
Never even give him a chance
Now he goes home alone again.
