Roses

We take our blessings where we can get them.

Smile when we can
Laugh when we shouldn't

Life is too short
Happiness, too rare

So we steal a couple moments here and there
Still a couple storms every now and again.

Play our music way too loud and sing even louder

It is all we can do to not be consumed by this earth.

Our beds did not come with roses, so we learned to plant our own
