Darkened Sins
Shadows in the dark, shadows in the light. Lurking, stalking, patiently for the fight.
Demons tug from the depths of sin, a righteousness with nowhere to begin.
Cancerous in all its forms, the evil, the twisted and the torn.
Battling like soldiers that I dread, of thundering storms inside my head.
Twisting and twirling in violent shakes, a feverish fury of pain and aches.
Nowhere to run and nowhere to hide, flowing tears endlessly cried.
Breaking down inside my soul, they grab and pull, they must know.
The will succumbs, to what my demons have done.
No one sees, no one hears, these dreaded sins I no longer fear.
