Hovering for Your Sex
You stop me in air. Dangle me mid-breath.
Holding me back. But I was only begging for your candy.
My mouth craving a morsel of your sweet breast.
You pause me. Making me wait. You linger me about.
Making me float. Making me hover, waiting for your sex.
But, I can’t float forever. Suspended. Hanging mid-air.
I have to be lower down. Closer to your breast.
Sinking into the openness of your pink flesh.
My mouth gliding down the curve to your hips.
But, you freeze me. Teasing me. You hold me in place.
Why do you tease me? Take my heart. Then freeze it.
I need your trembling sensation. You quivering in lust.
But instead, you’ve hidden what I need. Making a secret.
My overwhelming desire is for your secret’s warm touch.
But. You have veiled my passion. Hidden unseen, inside your lace.
I cannot stay my passion forever! For what you have veiled.
What do you want me to do? For the softness between your legs.
Anything you want, even if you want me to undress you roughly.
You can tease me. Mock me. Lead me. Make me beg.
If you want, I will crawl on my knees. But please. Don’t turn your face.
Finally! You brush me. Briefly, your breasts against me. Letting me know.
That someday, you will lay naked. Your body open to my embrace.
But.
Right now.
Your wanton heart stalls.
Teasing me.
Pulling me in.
Then, pushing me back.
Diverting me.
Lingering.
Making me wait.

Loved the way you paired the draw of instant gratification with the slower pace desired by the other partner. I think everyone can relate to those moments when the wants of the two people don't match.
